MR. CLINTON Urling and his Blue Caps organisation was launched to the welcome cheers of those of us who were yearning for something new and constructive in the socio-political life of Guyana.
It is with much disappointment, therefore, that so far, Mr. Urling and Blue Caps have not said one word publicly about the obvious travesty of GECOM increasing its electoral list with over 78,000 new electors during the last four-year cycle, and concentrating them in very few administrative regions.
We look forward to Mr. Urling and the Blue Caps saying something on this important issue.
